I'm a United World Collages alumni (AC 88-90). I'm a certified Sommelier with Professional Sommelier Diploma.
I get great pleasure, each time I get to join in with my guests for their tasting experiences, whether a simple wine sampling at the Tasting Room, a food and wine matching dinner at a restaurant or a multi-day trip through numerous vineyards and endless sipping and spitting in the wineries' cellars.
